Four steps

How registration works

Update contact info first
Enrollment sends a six-digit passcode to the phone or email already on file. Visit a branch if those details are stale.

Open official Registration
Primary members (first name on the statement) go to my.gwcu.org/Registration. Pick individual or business.

Verify identity
Individuals use account number and SSN. Business registration uses the last four of the EIN and the business ZIP.

Create username and password, then sign in
Username: 6–20 characters with at least one letter. Password: 8+ characters with upper, lower, number, and special character. After that, sign in with the username — not the account number. This hub never collects those values.
